LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

Tara Ouellette has served in the field of personal development for nearly 30 years. As a young adult, she exchanged her false identity of “at-risk” to “self-empowered” as she proudly put herself through college. Her goal was to be an excellent teacher and to disrupt the broken patterns of education. She served as a dedicated teacher and principal for nearly 20 years until God called her away from her dream job into the unknown. It was the scariest leap of faith she had ever taken. She was jobless and lost.

Soon after her resignation, Tara was introduced to Jamie’s teaching, and she began to learn new levels of truth realizing her worth and identity were based on her successes. She spent the next couple years focusing on her family and working part-time as a coach and consultant for a global company within the field of education.

In 2017, Tara started her own coaching business. She has been working with individuals, groups, teams, as well as speaking and teaching to larger audiences. No matter what the job, Tara made a commitment to serve from a place of abundance in her true identity as “Rock,” and continued to be taught by Jamie and Donna.

Tara has experienced many hardships throughout her life, yet each has led her to living more fearlessly as she follows the loving voice of God. She’s grateful to navigate the wilderness with her best friend of 30 years ––her husband Ryan. They live in Michigan with their three young-adult sons.

Coaching with Tara Ouellette

Tara has served in the field of personal development for nearly 30 years. As a young adult, she exchanged her false identity of Failure for another false identity of Self-Empowered as she proudly put herself through college and graduated with honors. Tara served as a dedicated teacher and principal for nearly 20 years until she felt led to leave her dream job. It was the scariest leap of faith she had ever taken.

Soon after her resignation in 2015, Tara was introduced to Jamie’s teaching. She began to learn new levels of truth, realizing her worth and identity should not be based on her successes or failures. She spent the next couple of years focusing on the needs of her family and working part-time as a coach and consultant for a global company within the field of education.

In 2017, Tara started her own personal development coaching and consulting business. She has been working with individuals, groups, and large audiences. Eventually, her business transformed into a Christ-centered global ministry. No matter the work, Tara committed to serving from the overflow of abundance within her true identity as Beloved Petra.

Tara’s coaching technique is rich in deep listening and questioning, helping her clients from all backgrounds experience truth. Tara has dealt with countless hardships, where each has invited her into living with “an awkward sense of peace” and fearlessness. She believes the trials have strengthened her ability to follow the loving voice of God.

She’s grateful to navigate the wilderness with her best friend of 30 years––her husband Ryan. They live in Michigan: knee-deep in raising three terrific young adult sons, laughing about something, treating themselves to sushi, and enjoying their hobbies. All with the hopes to “live & love out loud no matter what and even if.”
